The Program

This comprehensive flight training program takes you from zero aviation experience to an FAA Commercial Pilot License and a 737NG Type Rating, for a total of 230 hours.

This 2 Phase program provides you with the training, licenses and ratings that you need to achieve your goal of becoming an airline pilot as quickly as possible, at a reasonable price.

Phase 1 – Commercial License, Multi-engine and Instrument Ratings, plus Jet Transition training Phase 2 –A320 or A320 Type Rating Training

Important Note: In order to expedite your airline career training, this program does not include FAA CFI, and CFII training. Instead, you will receive an A320 or B737NG Type Rating on your FAA license. In today's market, a Type Rating is the standard minimum requirement for an interview with an airline.

Curriculum and Time Line

Phase 1 - Private, Instrument, and Commercial, Multi-Engine

Prerequisites To Initiate Training

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High School Diploma
  • ICAO Level 4 Command of the English Language
  • Must Hold an FAA First Class Medical

Weeks 1 – 7: Private License***

Weeks 8 – 14: Instrument Training***

Phase 2 - FAA B737NG or A320 Type Rating Program

The Program

  • You may begin your type rating training before you arrive at the training center with a 40 hour distance learning course. This comprehensive computer based course covers the aircraft systems and procedures that you are required to know to complete this type rating course.
  • When you arrive at the training center you will complete an approved jet transition course that prepares you to function in the cockpit of a large jet aircraft.
  • Once you have completed the jet transition, you move immediately in to the actual A320 simulator training.
  • You will complete your training with an FAA 737NG or A320 Type Rating.

Prerequisites To Initiate Training

  • Must hold at least a Commercial License, with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings,
  • Must have completed an approved Jet Transition Course
  • Must Have Completed The Required 40 Hour Type Rating Distance Learning Course.

Week 25 - 28 Level D Full Flight Simulator

  • 48 Hours of aircraft specific ground training
  • 10 Hours FBS: 5 Sessions left seat
  • 10 Hours FBS: 5 Sessions right seat
  • 16 Hours FFS: 8 Sessions left seat
  • 16 Hours FFS: 8 Sessions right seat
  • 3 Hour Check Ride FFS: 1 Session left seat
  • 3 Hour Check Ride FFS: 1 Session right seat

Including LOFT training, and a minimum of 3 day and 3 night take-offs and landings in the FFS.
