getting started
Step One
You can apply for our Training Programs by completing the online Flight
School Application. Class size is limited and your requested class date is
secured upon receipt of your application. A course deposit of $2,000 is
required to initiate the application process. Should the candidate withdraw
their application for any reason, the course deposit will be refunded minus
any program related costs and accumulated processing fees, including the
$500 visa application fee (if applicable) which is non-refundable. The entire
deposit becomes non-refundable if enrollment is cancelled within 30 days of
the class start date.
Step Two
Upon receipt of your application and deposit, we will send you, via email, a
contract which you must print, read, sign and return, via FedEx, as soon as
possible. For Non-US students, we will initiate the visa process for the month
you intend to start training.
Step Three (Non-US only)
All non-US citizens must apply for and receive TSA approval prior to initiating
flight training.
Step Four
The balance of the course price must be paid via Bank Transfer prior to
beginning class. Funds are held in trust and dispersed to the school as
training is accomplished.
Non-US students, when the Course Price balance has been paid, and you
have received your M-1 visa, you may now come to the US to begin your
training. We will help you complete the TSA registration once you arrive in the
US.
Step Five
It is suggested that you plan to arrive at least 5 days prior to the first day of
class. Our personal representative will meet you when you arrive in the US to
assist you and transport you to your living accommodations.
Note: (For private pilot students only)
You must have completed the on line private pilot ground course when you
arrive at the school for the first day of class. You will receive your
indoctrination and be scheduled to complete the FAA private written exam.
Once you have completed the FAA written Exam with a passing grade you
will actually take your first flight in an airplane with your instructor.a
